Buyer's Premium
Auctioneer's fees are calculated as a percentage of the hammer price. These fees are non-refundable and are due immediately upon the successful conclusion of the auction.
Payment & HST
All payments must be made in Canadian currency. HST is applicable to all purchases made at 306 Deep Auction, unless otherwise exempted by provincial legislation.
Lot Condition
Items are sold 'as-is, where-is'. 306 Deep Auction provides detailed descriptions and photographs, but we do not guarantee the absolute condition of any item.
Shipping & Pickup
Shipping and handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Items are available for pickup at our London, Ontario facility or can be shipped via our contracted carriers.
Outbidding Rules
Outbidding is allowed at any time during the auction. Once a bid is placed, it remains active until the auction concludes or a higher bid is submitted.
Final Settlement
Final settlement is due within 14 days of the auction. Late payments incur interest charges. 306 Deep Auction reserves the right to cancel any lot at any time.
